Alex is responsible for deal sourcing, due diligence and development oversight for Lightning Cove Properties.

Alex received a BA from Cornell University and a JD from NYU School of Law. He began his career in the corporate group at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP.

Leveraging his background in corporate law, he pairs rigorous analytical precision with long-term strategic vision.

Kate sources and evaluates real estate and energy investments at Lightning Cove Properties. She applies her persistance and creativity to uncover attractive opportunities for the firm.
